Pluto Capital chooses location for another facility in Belgrade

After the successfully implemented project LiveIn Dorcol in downtown Belgrade, Pluto Capital started building its second residential complex Harmony Apartments in April 2012, at the corner of streets Maksima Gorkog and Juzni Bulevar, and the company is now already entering a phase where it is looking for the next construction site.

This foreign investor has recognized the investment potential of residential property market, and it is now in the process of selecting a new location where it could start a new project after finishing the construction of Harmony Apartments in Vracar in late 2013, the international real estate consulting company CB Richard Ellis, which is hired to find that new location, said in a release.

Ongoing construction of the residential complex Harmony Apartments in Vracar is going very well. It has already attracted first buyers with an unusually high quality of works for that part of the city and very attractive payment terms. This is the only residential project in Vracar to offer its future tenants a 24-hour technical support and a gym at the exclusive disposal of them and their families.

Pluto Capital has chosen CB Richard Ellis to be the exclusive sales agent for Harmony Apartments.
