Milenka Jezdimirovic resigns - Marko Culibrk named acting director of Dunav Osiguranje

Dunav Osiguranje Director General Milenka Jezdimirovic has resigned for personal reasons, people at that insurance company told Beta news agency on Wednesday.

Marko Culibrk, previous chairman of the Dunav Osiguranje Supervisory Board, has been appointed as the acting director general of that company at a session of the Supervisory Board.

Jezdimirovic will officially leave the post of director general on December 14th, when she is also to submit a report on the company's operations to the Supervisory Board.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board is now Zoran Debeljkovic, director of the company's Main Office in Pozarevac.
