Russia's North to open factory for producing cardboard packaging in Jagodina - Jobs for 200 workers

A preliminary agreement on the construction of a factory for producing cardboard packaging was signed today in Jagodina with North Karton from Volgograd, Russia.

Construction of that 15,000 sqm factory in the industrial zone in Jagodina should commence early next year, and it is expected to employ 200 workers.

The Russian company will make the initial investment of EUR 15 million in this factory, whose monthly capacity will amount to 18m square meters of cardboard.

The factory will meet all environmental standards, and it will be using recycled paper to produce cardboard.
