Prva Petoletka appealing to investors from the East - Trstenik-based company expects cooperation with Azerbaijan's STP

Azerbaijan's STP is interested in entering into cooperation with Trstenik-based Prva Petoletka (PPT) and acquiring a part of its production facility, said people at PPT.

SPT, which has 12,000 workers, assembles trucks and now prepares to start assembling passenger railway cars as well. This Azerbaijani company is interested in buying Petoletka's products that are built in trucks.

- We will send an invitation letter to the management of STP next week to visit us and get familiar with our products on the spot. We hope that this cooperation will quickly enter the stage of concrete implementation - PPT CEO Ljubisav Panic stressed.

Panic toured the facilities of the STP company during his two-day visit to Baku as a member of the government and business delegation, which was led by Serbian Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign and Domestic Trade and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic.
