MK Group holds over 15 percent of AIK Banka shares

In accordance with articles 57 and 59 of the Capital Market Law, Nis-based AIK Banka has notified the public of changes in its ownership structure and the acquisition of more than 15 percent of its shares with voting rights.

Companies within the MK Group, led by Sunoko, increased their stake in AIK Banka to 15.25 percent on November 13th. In that way, the requirements were met to submit a notification of changes in the bank's ownership structure.

Sunoko acquired most of the shares in AIK Banka during August, buying them for about RSD 1,400 a piece.

AIK Banka shares closed Tuesday's trading at RSD 1,539. They have lost 6.6 percent in value since the beginning of this year. At the latest share price, the market capitalization of this bank amounts to RSD 13.6 billion (EUR 121.8 million).
