The Government of Montenegro plans to announce the tender for long-term rental of city-hotel St. Stefan, Queen's Beach and Villa Miločer until the end of April 2005. The bidders will have to hold property over hotels with 5 or more stars in at least 8 countries. One of the conditions will be that the daily room-and-board must not cost less than 600 USD.
