Sale and change of purpose of several military airports, Yugoimport wants to turn Airport Beograd into cargo center

The Army plans sale of deserted airport in Bojnik. Most of the military airports will adapted for civilian-military needs. The Ministry of Capital Investments is especially interested in airports, so that 50m EUR have already been set aside for rehabilitation of airport Ponikve near Užice, whereas the airport in Lađevci will be reorganized for civilian-military air traffic. Yugoimport SDPR wants to finance reconstruction of Batajnica for cargo traffic.
