Soon in America - a new sports car Tesla on electricity

The English factory for automobiles Lotus will start with manufacture of a new sports car on electricity, called by the founder of electrical power, the scientist Nikola Tesla - Tesla Rodster, whcih will be sold only at the American market.

The London Times writes that Tesla Rodster, of Tesla Motors company, with the engine produced in Taiwan, will come to the market with the modest price of 100.000 dollars, and the car that uses electricity instead of fuel will be able to develop a speed of 100 km per hour in only 4 seconds.

The new sports call will only be sold in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Miami.

Tesla Motors company is expecting to sell by the year 2007 at this market a total of 500 to 800 vehicles of the new sports car, which won't be slower by its characteristics from the famous Ferrari, as written by the London Times.
