Bambi buys back only 34 own shares for RSD 23,000 a piece

Pozarevac-based Bambi-Banat has bought back 34 own shares at the price of RSD 23,000 a piece, the company announced through the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Bambi intended to acquire maximum 500 shares from its shareholders, but the response to the offer that has been closed recently was quite low, mainly because the market value of these securities on the stock exchange has been standing at the level of RSD 23,000 for few weeks now.

On the day of the issue of this release, Bambi holds the total of 19,059 own shares, that is, 5.3 percent of all shares.

The price of Bambi shares at the end of today's trading was to RSD 23,000, so that the company's market cap amounts to RSD 8.28 billion (EUR 72.7 million).
