Faktis consultant in the privatization of Resavica

A cosultant house Faktis from Belgrade has been chosen as a privatization advisor for the Public company for underground coal exploitation, Resavica, in restructurating, as announced by the Agency for privatization.

Faktis has given the best offer in the procedure of consultant elections for the restructurating and privatization of Resavica mine. The privatization of the company for extraction and bricketing of the brown coal, Resavica, has been initiated in March of this year. Public company Resavica contains of 9 mines.
