Delises from Vladicin Han at auction on August, 31st

Agency for privatization of Serbia, has announced that on 31st of August, at the auction there will be offered a 100% of the capital of the factory for processing of fruit and vegetables and for the production of juices "Delises" from Vladicin Han, by the starting price of 50,8 millions dinars.

The buyer will be obligated to invest at least 82,5 millions dinars in the company, and the deadline for applying for the auction is August, 23rd. Delises has 244 workers, and in the last year made a loss of about million euros. The factory owns production halls, warehouses, Management building, stores in Vladicin Han, Surdulica, hotel Tourist and about 480 hectares of agricultural land.
