Austria's Porr to open factory for producing concrete railroad ties in Svilajnac on October 24th - Jobs for 25 workers

Austria's Porr will tomorrow open a factory for producing concrete railroad ties in Svilajnac, worth EUR 5.6 million.

The new factory in Svilajnac, which will be situated in the production facility of former Screw Factory, will employ 25 workers and annually produce about 100,000 railroad ties.

The factory will be opened by Johannes Wenkenbach, COO of the Porr Group, and Predrag Milanovic, mayor of Svilajnac.
