Basket Ball Player, Mr Dejan Tomasevic is buying the company "ZORKA-Corporate Standard"

The new owner of the sport recreational center "Zorka- Corporate Standard" in Sabac will be known on August 31, when the auction will take place, and among many others, interesting buyers, the basket ball player, Mr Dejan Tomasevic is mentioned. Tomasevic is the ex champion of Jugoslavia and Serbia and Montenegro, momentarily he is in Greek "Panatenaikos", temporary engaged.

The initial value of this object and the others within the company "ZORKA - Corporate Standard" is about 360,2 mil dinars, and the starting published price was 86,4 mil dinars, with the obligation of the future owner of the complex to invest of 11,4 mil dinars more into the reconstruction.

The complex is consisted of sport hall, swimming pool, restaurant with the kitchen, football playground and the parking lot.

For the present general manager of the complex, Mr Tomislav Arsenovic and for 40 emplyees, the interest expressed by Mr Tomasevic for buying the recreational complex is a real astonishement.

According to the layout of the Faculty of Architecture, the investment that should be done only for the roof construction and the space of the entrance is approx. 42 mil dinars.

This company "Zorka- Corporate Standard" is entering into the procedure of privatization without any debt.
