Russian Rusal using their company Salamon from Cyprus offered 2 million EUR for stock and 4 mil EUR for investments for buying 31,93 % shares of Nikšić bauxite mine. Rusal also offered 26 USD per ton of bauxite that will be delivered to Aluminum Association.
