French "Logan" opened a factory in Moscow, 250 million USD deposited

One of the most interesting cars meant for transitional counties markets – “Logan”, product of French Renault – is available to almost every customer in Russia. Those who are interested in purchasing this cheap four-wheeler will not have to talk to importers. Renault opened a complete production plant for “Logan” production in Moscow with the production capacity of 60.000 vehicles per year. In new operation in Moscow Renault invested 250 million USD, encouraged by the last year’s sale of 16.000 vehicles.

After organizing the production in Romania, next in line are Maroco, Columbine, Iran and India. Operations in Moscow are highly automatic and able to produce 12 vehicles per hour.
