Ukrainian-British consortium sole bidder for FAP - EUR 300,000 for factory and EUR 10 million for investments

The only bidder for the automotive plant Fabrika Automobila Priboj (FAP) is a consortium of companies Finkom Kapital from Kiev and London-based Team Constructions Investments.

A tender commission monitoring the sale of 100-percent stake of the state, that is, 86.49973 percent of the total number of registered shares in FAP by tender, stated that that consortium was the only bidder to meet qualification requirements listed in the public call and guidelines for bidders, the Privatization Agency said in a release.

This bidder offers the price of EUR 300,000 for aforementioned stake and a EUR 10 million investment program to be implemented over the period of five years, while unconditionally accepting minimum obligations under the social program.

The deadline to evaluate the bid is 30 days of the bid opening date.
