Motins, the factory for producing spare parts for automobiles, is back in operation over a year after its production was halted.

It now employs 77 out of 372 workers it had when it was closed last June. Former CEO Ivica Jovanovic said that a reorganization plan for that company had been designed and submitted to the Court of Commerce in Novi Sad.

This company was closed in early June 2011, while bankruptcy proceedings against the company were commenced on 19 January 2012.

Motins has not been in operation since June, when its majority owner NS Don went bankrupt and its bosses were put behind the bars. Due to a huge debt, electricity was cut off to the company and production came to a stop.

By the way, this company used to export 90 percent of production to Germany, which made Motins one of the most successful companies in that field.
