Radujko signs for NIS

Branko Radujko, former director general of Telekom, has officially assumed a high managerial role at the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), Danas reports.

At yesterday's session of the Belgrade City Assembly, Radujko was dismissed from the position of the chairman of the Managing Board of the City Transportation Company (GSP) Beograd at his personal request. The reason for that is a professional managerial contract he signed with Gazprom Neft for his engagement with NIS, in line with which he promised to withdraw from all public systems, such as GSP, and from public life in general.

Branko Radujko took up his post at GSP Beograd on July 12th in order to help, temporarily and voluntarily, the design of a restructuring plan and a business strategy by 2015. He officially left the position of the CEO of Telekom Srbija in mid-September, after four years of service, explaining that he intends to "continue his career by working as a professional in the management of a foreign corporation that operates in Serbia."
