Koceljevo's "Vocar" goes to the hands of "Rauh" from Germany

The trade court in Valjevo has sold to the well known German company, "Rauh", Koceljevo's "Vocar" in bankrupcy for the price of 106 millions dinars.

The starting price was 75 millions dinars. The company has been privatized 2 years ago, and the majority owner with more than 70% of the capital became a Belgrade citizen, Karatosic Zagorac, who bought it for only 6.7 millions dinars with the bonds of old savings.

Once, Koceljevo's "Vocar" used to be a well known industrial-agricultural gigante which produced fresh and conserved fruit and vegetables, and one of the biggest buyers was "Rauh" itself.
