"Agrobank" will emission on August, 7th, a new series of shares of 900 millions dinars in value

Belgrade's "Agrobank" has announced that the following Monday (August, 7th, 2006) will start a sale of the new emission of shares in the value of around 900 millions dinars, and with this it will increase its capital and potential significantley, its balance sum and sources of long term placements, especially in the domestic agriculture.

"Agrobank"'s share-holders will have the right to buy shares in the total amount of 300 millions dinars and they can use this right within 21 days from the date of enrollement and payment of these shares, that is from August, 27th.

Each share-holder with the right of the first purchase, that alread owns one regular share of "Agrobank", will be able to buy 6 shares of the new emission by the price of 14.000 dinars per share.

For share holders who don't have the right of the first purchase, as well as for the rest of the buyers, the emission price per share is 15.000 dinars, and enrollement and payment can be done from August, 7th till September, 5th.
