"Mobi 63" has been sold to the Norveigans for 1.513 billions EUR

Mixed Serbian-Austrian company "Mobi 63" has been sold today (July, 31st, 2006) to "Telenor" from Nnorway for 1.513 billions EUR.

As at the price of 1.513 billions EUR, have dropped out both of the two competitors "Mobilkom" Austria and and "Telenor" Norway, the winner has been decided based on the initial offer of "Telenor" which summed 1.373 billions EUR, and of "Mobilkom" which summed 805 millions EUR.

From the competition dropped at the beginning "Oreskom telekom" from Egypt, which did not accept the starting price.

The contract of purchase of "Mmobi 63" company will be officially signed in the next few days. The new owner "Telenor" is already present in the region as the owner of the "Panon" company in Hungary and "ProMonte" in Montenegro.
