CMC sells suites in Klub Satelit on Zlatibor

The company CMC-Club Villas Jazmin put its VIP suites in the renowned accommodation facility Klub Satelit in the central zone of Zlatibor mountain up for sale today.

The company's offer includes fully furnished high-standard suites spanning between 40 and 70 square meters.

Klub Satelit is actively open during the whole year and comprises a reception desk, restaurant, playroom, room service, modern spa center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and a massage room.

These suites are for sale at the price starting from as low as EUR 1,700 per square meter, while the guaranteed annual rent amounts to 7,000-9,000 euros.
