Owner of Rusal and the prime minister of Montenegro negotiated KAP sale?

Owner of Russian company Rusal, Oleg Deripaska, and the prime minister of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, reached a “behind closed doors” agreement about the sale of majority sale of KAP (Aluminum Production Podgorica) stock to the Russian company.

Negotiation with Rusalom about KAP sale have lasted almost three months now, disputable was the question of electricity price and the guarantee of Rusala for a company on Cyprus that should be in charge of KAP after the Russian takeover.
