Three investors interested in land in Donje Medjurovo

Remaining land in Donje Medjurovo is going on the auction block, and three companies have expressed interest in bidding for that land, the Property Administration announced.

A German-Swedish company that produces solar panels, Agro-gradnja, a domestic company operating in the construction industry, and a Slovenian IT company are currently the most serious candidates to acquire land in Donje Medjurovo.

The City Council of Nis has adopted a proposal of the competent Administration, so that the land for lease should be advertised in the media as early as next week.

The land in Donje Medjurovo spans about 2.5 hectares. The starting price is RSD 2,380 per square meter.
