Komercijalna Banka sells business and residential building at Dedinje for EUR 4 million

Komercijalna Banka has advertised the sale of a family residential building featuring five apartments ranging between 100 and 191 square meters in size (a total of 601 sqm), garage on the ground floor and its own yard. This building, in Mihaila Avramovica Street, has been transformed into a specialist orthopedic clinic (previously Galathea clinic).

The minimum starting price is EUR 4,097,835, reads the ad published in the daily newspaper Politika.
