The contract on sale of 87.39% of State-owned package of stocks in "Panonska banka AD" Novi Sad to Italian financial group "Sanpaolo IMI" will be signed today (July 28, 2006) in the Government of Serbia.

The sales contract will be signed by the Minister of Finance Mlađan Dinkić, the manager of the international operations and international network of "Sanpaolo IMI" group Giusepe Kukurese and the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia Radovan Jelašić.

The signing of the contract will take place in the presence of the Italian ambassador to Serbia Alessandro Merola.
