Company "Soko Štark" broke decade record

Each citizen of Serbia eats eight bags of "Smoki" per year at average, the results of the operations announced by company "Soko Štark" showed.

In the first six months of 2006, that Belgrade-based company realized the biggest sale in the last decade - 9,300 tons of various products have been sold, which is 14% more than in the same period last year. The sales in each month of this year was bigger than in the last year, whereas the record sales in the last ten years were realized in March and June.

In the first six months, 54% of waffles, 27% of biscuits, 26% of tea cookies, 19% of chocolate and chocolate products and 16% of ladyfingers have been produced.

Production of "Smoki", also, constantly grows, so that the projected amount for year 2006 is 4,000 tons, which is 10% more than in 2005.
