The Privatization Agency of Serbia has signed the contract on sale of 100% of the assets of public company Mines and Industry of Fireproof Materials and Electro-thermal Products "Magnohrom" from Kraljevo with British company "Global Steel Holdings ltd".
The price at which the company has been sold is 1,210,000 EUR, whereas the investment program is worth 23,165,000 EUR.
