Starting September 2006, the citizens of Serbia will be able to use services of small, low-cost airliners that announced their arrival on Serbia market.
So far, two foreign companies are interested, "Germanwings" and "Ryanair", as well as domestic "Centavia", which was founded by former director of "JAT Airways" Predrag Vujović.
The prices of tickets in "Germanwings" will range between 20 and 30 EUR, including airport taxes. Such low prices are the result of the fact that these companies use smaller airports, so that this airliner is interested in airport in Batajnica.
In the surrounding countries, that is, in Croatia and Slovenia, there are already "low cost" companies.
