In Perazića do Russians are building an underwater restaurant - 20 million EUR

In Perazića do, on Budvan coast,  Moscow company ``Njega turs`` started a construction on grad Hotel ``As``. This hotel will have an underwater restaurant, and will be the first of its kind on the Montenegro coast. Luxury and unique building with 13 floors, area of 50 thousand m2, and 25 villas will cost 20 million EUR and will be finished by the end of 2007. According to manager Dejana Gradaševića, the future hotel with six pools and panoramic elevators will be construction in a shape of a ship that has started its sail, and the underwater restaurant will look like an aquarium. Within this complex with 600 beds and 500 employees, a new age harbor will be built suitable for 50 ships to 25m length, and the entrance into the hotel hall will look like Stari grad (Old City) in Budva. The hotel will have its own congress room, sauna, fitness centers, break-water, three open tennis fields and a modern sports center and a shopping mall.
