NIS announced tender for rental of 33 gas stations in Serbia

Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) has announced the tender for rental of 33 gas stations in Serbia, 7 of which are located in Belgrade.

The deadline for submittal of bids is August 22, 2006. All those who are interested are obliged to present their offers in two variants - the one that includes takeover of employees and the one that does not include their takeover.

The right to participate have all companies registered for trade in oil and consumer goods, providing that they meet other requirements from the tender documentation. The gas stations can be checked prior to August 8.

According to the tender, the main criteria for evaluation and ranking of bids for franchise will be the lease price and the number of gas stations the bidder already owns or rents.
