"Soravija" and "Budvanska rivijera" signed pre-contract on construction of several up-to-date hotels

The representatives of Austrian Investment Group "Soravija" and the manager of Hotel-Tourism company "Budvanska rivijera", Duško Lalićević, have signed the pre-contract on construction of modern hotels in Budva, which will be at the level of "Hilton" or "Meriot".
The final contract on construction of hotels will be signed in 30 or 40 days on Sveti Stefan Island. This is the first joint-investment contract in Montenegro, which implies that "Budvanska rivijera" will provide land and "Soravija" will provide money for the construction of hotels.
