Telekom Srbija shares charged off, the biggest shareholders with 6000 shares

The Central Securities Depository charged off shares of Telekom Serbia owned by the citizens, former and current employees,the state institutions announced.

The Republic of Serbia owns 58.1% stake in Telekom, 20% of shares owned by the company itself while the remaining 21.9%shares is in the hands of company’s former and current employees and citizens.The biggest individual shareholders of the domestic telecommunications company have about 6,000 shares.



As previously announced, the initial Telekom share price on the stock exchange will be EUR 2.27 and every citizen is given 31 share.When Telekom will appear on the stock market is not yet known, and the initial company price will total EUR2.27 bn.

At the beginning of the year, Greek OTE has sold20% shares of Telekom to the company itself at a price corresponding to market capitalization of EUR 1.9 bn.
