13 world companies interested in procurement of majority package of stocks of "DDOR Novi Sad"

Prior to the deadline, that is, July 10, 2006, the Deposit Insurance Agency received 13 letters of interest in procurement of controlling share in Stockholding company for insurance and reinsurance "DDOR Novi Sad".

The letters of interest were delivered by companies "Allianz" and "VHV Gruppe" from Germany, "AXA" and "Grupama" from France, "La Baloise" from Switzerland, "Ceska Pojistovna" from Czech Republic, "Ethniki" from Greece, "Eureko" from Netherlands, "Generali" and "Fondaria SAI" from Italy, "KBC" from Belgium, "Triglav" from Slovenia and "Wiener Staedtische" from Austria.

The Agency and its councilor "BNP Paribas" are, at the moment, in the process of checking the fulfillment of criteria mentioned in the public invitation for submittal of letters of interest. After that, the interested companies will submit requests for agreement of the National Bank of Serbia for obtaining of qualified participation in Stock company DDOR Novi Sad.
