HVB Bank and Unilever - first VIP tenants in ACB Business Park

HVB bank, part of UniCredit Group, will be the first tenant in ACB Business Park. This reputable bank chose ACB for its headquarters and will occupy over 4,300 square meters of office space in Building 1100. In addition to the HVB headquarters, ACB will also provide ground floor retail space for a branch bank office, thus enabling HVB to service all of the business park’s current and future tenants.

Unilever, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and leading brands in food, home and personal care will also be calling Airport City home. Starting in 3Q this year, its new address will be Airport City Belgrade Business Park. Unilever has chosen ACB because of the high quality office space and business environment they offer, which is at a level yet to be seen on the Serbian market.
