Cocktail for Guinness

Cocktail masters from Havana made the biggest Daiquirí cocktail and celebrated the world record.

Bartenders from El Florodita bar made the biggest cocktail in the world and thus celebrated 195th birthday of the bar they work in.

For hour and a half, these two waiters were filling almost two meters high cocktail glass with rum, lemon and sugar syrup. They muddled almost 250 liters of this drink.

The staff from El Florodita, situated in the old part of Havana, claim Daiquiri was made in their bar.

Ernest Hemingway was a regular visitor of this bar.

While bartenders were setting up the record, the audience was singing Cuban version of the Happy Birthday song to Hemingway who would celebrate his 113th birthday on Saturday.
