Agrokor postponed investments in Macedonia

The owner of Agrokor, Ivica Todoric, announced the construction of his second facility in Macedonia for next year but the project totaling 20million euros, due to economic crisis and decrease in production, has been delayed till 2015.

It is Strumica-based trade-distribution center. Agrokor already has one distribution center - Agrofructus.

Blazo Vitanov, General Manager with Agrofructus said the new center would be built, adding there was no need for that at that moment.

- Debts crisis in Europe is not the right time for these kinds of investments – Vitanov claims.
