Offer of Italian "Sanpaolo" bank - first-ranked in sales procedure for "Panonska banka"

The Deposit Insurance Agency stated that, in the procedure for signing of the contract on sale of stocks of "Panonska banka" AD Novi Sad, it would invite the first-ranked bidder, bank “Sanpaolo IMI S.p.a.” from Italy to the negotiations.

The Tender Commission made such decision on the basis of the suggestion made by privatization councilor "ING Advisory Services & Citadel Financial Advisory".
