Number of passengers at Nikola Tesla Airport hit record high in last 50 years on July 20th

Nikola Tesla Airport has announced that the number of passengers yesterday hit record high in the airport's 50-year history, reaching 15,640.

On Friday, July 20th, there were 12 return charter flights and over 40 business flights in addition to regular ones, reads a release issued by the airport.

Nikola Tesla Airport is expected to serve about 3.5 million passengers this year.

If the airport achieves this result, it will continue to grow at much higher rate than all other competitive airports in the region, reads the release.
