Citizens of Senta obtained modern wastewater filter worth about 1.2m EUR

The Ambassador of Austria to Belgrade, Gerhard Jandl, and the Mayor of Senta, Atila Juhas, put the modern wastewater filter into operation yesterday (July 10, 2006). This investment is worth 1,267,000 EUR.

The significant share of the aforementioned donations, 806,000 EUR, was provided by the Government of Austria in the form of a donation, whereas the remaining means were collected by the Municipality of Senta, which was backed by AP Vojvodina that set aside 10m CSD from the budget.
