Tomislav Karadzic to head Serbian Football Association again

Tomislav Karadzic, as president and Zoran Lakovic as secretary general will head Serbian football in the next four years, it has been decided at the constitutional assembly of the Football Association in Stara Pazova.
Former leaders of the Association, despite critics arriving in the last couple of months, received unanimous support of 62 present delegates.
New president, Karadzic, presented the activity program, where one of the priorities is the construction of the National Stadium, where couple of games of the European championship 2020 could be played. Namely, in line with the idea of Michel Platini, the UEFA President, and this competition will be held in 12 to 13 countries and one of the interested parties would be Serbia.
The President of the Football Associations announced that representative of Red Star, who would perform duty of vice president, would also join the Executive Board of the Football Association of Serbia, apart from 13 members while several celebrities would also join the constitution and which would be discussed with the Serbian Government when constituted.
Speaking of relations with media, some of them being very critical with respect to the Association, Karadzic said that stories on set up in matches had nothing to do with common sense and that the legal team of the football organization would fight against writings without arguments.
Karadzic was elected to head the Association in July 2008.
