A policeman is unpleasant with you? Here is how you can reporthim!

If you have remarks to the work of police officers or you have noticed corruption in police, as of today, you can report it on fixed phone number of the Department of Internal Control with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Apart from the existing email address sukp@mup.gov.rs, in the future, citizens can report police corruption and remarks to the work of police officers to a 24-hour phone line, 011-31-21-555.

The Department of Internal Control within the Ministry of the Internal Affairs opened new phone line in order to increase responsibility level with police officers and to fight more efficiently corruption.

All phone calls are recorded and keep in line with the Law- duringworking hours talks with an inspector or leaving a message out of workinghours.

During summer season, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide foreign citizens with simple and fast way via phone submitting complaint, statement or praise with respect to work of police officers of the Republic of Serbia in the English and the German language in order to enable them safe and secure stay in our country.
