Nobody wants Ada Bojana - unsuccessful tender for rental of Montenegrin "nudist paradise"

The tender for long-term rental of Ada Bojana has failed, because none of the investors delivered the offer.

The tender for rental of that attractive tourist complex near Ulcinj was announced in April 2006 and the deadline for submittal of applications expired on July 5.

The manager of the Agency for restructuring of economy and foreign investments of Montenegro, Branko Vujović, said that the Government would decide about the date of the announcement of new tender, as well as about its model.

By the way, according to the conditions of the unsuccessful tender, the investor who rents Ada on three years is obliged to invest at least 75m EUR, or 100m EUR within the next 5 years. In addition, the plan was that the minimal annual rental fee be 2.5m EUR.
