Belgrade - New urban manual - Instruction manual

In order to prevent illegal construction, breaking the law and different interpretation of urban solutions, city council came up with “Instruction manual” from the Secretary of urban and city works. This manual will be used with the Act of urban conditions and with the abstract from the Urban Plan.

In the manual the criteria are precise and are the parameters which the Secretary of Urbanization will have to uphold when issuing documents, so that misunderstandings do not happen, or rather that the investors would not use certain imperfections and unclear points to break the law.
