PAJTIC: Government of Vojvodina to be formed until end-June

Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic expects the new provincial government to be formed until the end of June.

He stated in Subotica that the negotiations on the formation of the republic government did not affect the talks about the future provincial government, adding that he was sure that the latter would be formed before the former.

Pajtic confirmed that the talks about the formation of the provincial government were underway, assessing that the situation was "much more relaxed" than on the republic level because "the Democratic Party alone can form the government," but it would not do that, just as it hadn't done that the previous time.

He said that DS was talking with "traditional partners."

- The Vojvodina government will be constituted by the end of June. These talks won't last much longer. I expect that new government to be successful over the next four years, and it will surely be very stable because it will enjoy a great support from the Vojvodina Parliament - said Pajtic.
