Leskovac-based company "Interlenind" started construction of 7m EUR worth of factory for production of "sandwich-panels"

On the grounds of Leskovac-based company "Interlenind", which produces laminated sheet metals, the construction of specialized factory for production of "sandwich-panels", which are used in civil engineering, industry of household appliances, railroad car production and in some other fields, started today (June 27, 2006).

About 7m EUR will be invested in the construction of that capacity, which will annually deliver about 25,000 tons of "sandwich-panels" to Serbian and foreign market. The equipment will be delivered by the manufacturer from Italy. The entire production process will be highly automated and only about 30 people will be hired.

Company "Interlenind" is the new name for the former factory of laminated sheet metals "FPL-lenind" in Leskovac, which was renamed after privatization.
