'Turkish Airlines' to withdrew from 'BH Airlines'

Turkish Airliner "Turkish Airlines" withdrew from the partnership with the airline from BH
"BH Airlines" in which it had a 49% ownership share.
Government of the Federation, which is the majority owner, has already begun negotiations with other foreign companies about possible cooperation, confirmed the Minister of Transport and Communications of Federation Enver Bijedic.
- "Turkish Airlines" is coming out "BH Airlines" and it should not be hidden "- said Bijedic to Sarajevo journal " Oslobodjenje ".
"Turkish Airlines" has not officially announced intention to withdraw from the partnership with the Bosnian airline, but three former board member of the 'BH Airlines' appointed by the Turkish partner already resigned to that duty, which is considered an indirect confirmation of such plans.
The Federation Government has already appointed an interim administration to "BH Airlines" and Bijedic said that the state wants to retain the current majority stake in the company which needs help to continue to function.
"BH Airlines" has had in its fleet three planes.
"Turkish Airlines" has pulled from the use its Airbus 319, and "BH Airlines" will remain with two available planes ATR-72, designed for mostly regional lines. They were purchased through leasing and should be repaid by 2016.
