The Trade Court in Belgrade has accepted appealing request of the Shares fund of Serbia made against the complaint of a.d. "Jaka 80" from Radovise and broke with this company a contract of sale of Zrenjanin's medicine factory "Jugoremedija.
The President of the Union of small share holders "Jugoremedija", Zdravko Deric, stated that the first degree decision of the Trade court is a great turn over, as there have passed 4 years of prooving that the privatization of the Medicines factory has been done in unlegal way.
-Shareholders of "Jugoremedija" have joint to the complaint of the Shares fund, and after the verdict of the Trade court and determination of temporary measures of property management, we are asking from the supervised organs to take all necessary legal measures against property disownership and getting back of the factory's headquarters from Nis to Zrenjanin - says Deuric.
Macedonican company "Jaka 80", which has Joiva Stefanovic Nini from Nis at its side, has bought at an auction four years ago 41.93% of the state's share, and neglected the turning capital of the factory of 11.5 millions eur.
