Norwegian "Telenor" officials are sure they could get a complete property of "Mobi 63" for 1.1 billion EUR

"Telenor" company from Norwey still hasn't decided how much money would offer at the auction for the purchase of "Mobi 63".

"Due diligance" is in processing at the moment and during July of 2006, will be decided how much they would offer. The Director of the section for development of the Norwegian telecommunicational company "Telenor", Bjorn Johan Flakstad says that they know they can get the whole company for 1.1 billion EUR.

According to his words, "Telenor" is satisfied with the quality of the network of "Mobi 63", as well as with the territory coverage, but they think some investment in equipment is necessary.

Flakstad reminded that in the process of sale of "Mobi 63" all qualified offerers should give comitted financial offers by July 26th, 2006, with the minimal price of 800 millions EUR. The companies which do that would be invited to the auction on July, 31st which would be public and trasmitted in direct TV broadcast.

Flakstad said that the Russian company "OJSC MTS" dropped from the participation on the tender, which means 8 companies are left in the race for "Mobi 63".
