Croatian company Kamen and Belgrade's Parus interested in takeover of Moravamermer

Offers for taking over at least 68.1% of the capital of the company for rock production and refining, “Moravamermer”, from Belgrade, were made by the Croatian company “Kamen” from Pazin and Belgrade’s “Parus”. According to information from the website of the Central Securities Registry, Croatian “Kamen” is ready to pay 400 CSD for each stock in “Moravamermer”, while “Parus” offered the price of 156 CSd. Both companies are interested in buying up to 100% of the stock capital in “Moravamermer”, and the offers will be opened by July 11th. The nominal value of the stocks in Belgrade’s granite producer and refiner is 1,000 CSD, and, by now, there haven’t been any trade in stocks on Belgrade’s stock exchange. The majority owner of “Moravamermer” is the Republic of Serbia's Share Fund, which owns 68.14% of stock capital, and the remaining 31.86% of the capital is owned by minor stockholders.
